  • How do I signup and pay?

    Sign up on the Web or by downloading our iOS/Android/Kindle apps. Then, login  from your PC or laptop as your Organization’s creator/admin and click the “Upgrade” button at the top.

  • How long are your contracts?

    Team-One offers both monthly plans and annual contracts. Annual contracts are offered at a discount.

  • Is there a discount for annual contracts?

    Yes, we offer discounts on annual contracts and up-front, long-term commitments.

  • We work with external contractors or vendors. Is there a cost to add them to our account?

    Team-One offers unlimited external collaborators at no cost. Just remember that external collaborators are external. That means their email addresses must be from outside your company’s domain.

  • If we add a new team member, how is billing handled?

    If you add a member to your Organization during a billing cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated rate for the remainder of that billing cycle. For the next billing cycle, the new member will be charged the same rate as other team members.

  • If we remove a new team member, how is billing handled?

    If you remove a member from your Organization during a billing cycle, the next billing cycle will reflect the reduced number of team members. Here’s how it works: Say you are paying for 10 people in your Org. 2 of them are leaving and don’t need Team-One any more. First, remove them from the list of Organization members in Team-One. Then go to the Billing settings and reduce your members from 10 to 8.

  • The credit card we use to pay for Team-One was canceled or our billing information changed. What do we do?

    Please update your billing information (add a new card or update details for your existing, valid card) by going into your Organization’s Billing settings. Note that invalid or incorrect billing information causes a problem at the end of your current billing cycle, when we try to renew your Team-One plan. If we are unable to renew your plan because of invalid or incorrect billing information, you will be unable to access your Team-One content until you enter valid billing information.

  • The credit card we use to pay for Team-One expired. What happens now?

    If your credit card expires during a billing cycle, existing and paid-for users are not affected during that billing cycle.

    If you try to add new team members though, you will be unable to do so until you update your billing information to reflect a valid, non-expired credit card. Also, If we are unable to renew your plan because of an expired credit card, you will be unable to access your Team-One content until you enter valid billing information.

  • What happens to our Organization’s data if we don’t renew our paid plan, or our 30-day free trial expires and we don’t pay?

    We will preserve your data for 90 days after your trial expires or after your paid subscription expires. After the 90 day period, we reserve the right to delete your data at any time.

  • Can we pay without using a credit card?

    Yes, we can work with you on alternate methods of payment. Please contact us so we can work with you to set it up.

  • How can we access our invoices?

    Your Organization’s Administrator (the person who set up billing inside Team-One) can see and access all invoices by logging into Team-One from a PC or laptop.

  • Can we add additional information to our invoices, for our accounting department?

    Please contact us so we can determine how best to meet your accounting department’s needs.

  • We want to cancel our Organization’s Team-One account. Can we get a refund?

    All cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Do you offer special pricing for non-profits, educational institutions and religious organizations?

    Yes, we do. Please send us a note with your contact information and your organization’s needs, and we’ll set up a time to chat about your needs.

  • Where is my data stored?

    All data is stored on our secure hosting infrastructure located in SOC1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 compliant data centers. Your Team-One Tablet or SmartPhone app may also store your data on your mobile device in offline mode.

  • How are Video Conferencing minutes counted?

    Two things. 1. If your Org has 10 paid members and you’re in the Premium Tier, then 10*2000 = 20,000 monthly minutes are shared between your Org members. 2. Important: Video Conferencing in Team-One includes Video Conferencing, Audio Calling and Screen Sharing. So any Video/Audio/Screen Sharing minutes used for by your team members (or non-Team-One users your team invites to a Video/Audio/Screen Sharing session) are counted towards your monthly minutes.
