Google Drive

Team-One’s integration with Google allows you to:

  • Create brand new Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drawings within Team-One
  • Add Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drawings to a Team Workspace for everyone’s reference
  • Attach any file from Google Drive to a Task and assign it to someone for review or edits

To Create a New Google Doc:

  1. Select a Workspace
  2. Click on the + (add) icon in the right side of your chat box
  3. Select any of the four Google Doc types (Doc, Sheet, Slides, Drawing)
  4. If prompted, login to Google

To Upload Any File:

  1. Select a Workspace
  2. Click on the + (add) icon in the right side of your chat box
  3. Select Drive to upload files from your Google Drive
  4. If prompted, login to Google
  5. Select your file

To Attach a File to a Task:

  1. Select a Task
  2. Click on the + (add) icon in the Attachments line
  3. Scroll to the location of your File (Computer, Drive, etc.)
  4. If prompted, login to Google
  5. Select your file
  6. Double Click to upload the File

Signing In with Google

Note that the first time you sign in using Google, a “Request for Permission” window will appear on your screen, so be sure to allow pop-ups from Team-One.

Switch to your preferred Google account in the drop-down menu before proceeding.

Then click Accept to integrate your Google account with Team-One.
