We differentiate between Organization-level and Workspace-level permissions in Team-One.
On the Org-level, Users can be Organization Admins or regular Users. On the Workspace level, people can be Workspace Admins or Workspace Members. Guests are invited to specific Workspaces and they enjoy a limited set of privileges, compared to the robust capabilities of regular Users.
Below is a brief snapshot of the different permissions for each User type.
*Create Public (Required) Workspaces: Only the Org Admin has the ability to create Workspaces that everyone in the Org is automatically a member of (e.g. Water Cooler).
